I called Hardee's to see if they had curly fries because the last time I recieved food from there, they didn't. The woman who... answered the phone informed me that they did have them in stock then went on to tell me that they had a deal going on with theorder I wanted. When my husband went to pick it up, he forgot to tell them I wanted curly fries. Thankfully, the womanremembered that I wanted them and made sure my order was correct. It was excellent customer service. I wish I had gotten hername so I could personally give her credit for this review. Whoever you are, thank you! You are amazing. Food is almost always good, staff is usally pretty friendly, can't go wrong stopping at this location for a quick bite to eat.
During the morning on week days the service and food is amazing. The woman who works in the drive thru is one of the the nicest... person. She is fast and accurate. The only reason I gave 3 stars is on the weekends and evenings it is very different. Everything from wet buns, cold fries to missing items. Read more
