Horrible and rude! They were rude and yelling at an autism kid that had to leave the store cause the Indian lady was being super... rude to this African guy that came in. She even cursed the guy and the kid and his family in their native language. They shouldbe shut down if they?re going to disrespect people and yell at them that they are no longer allowed to come in their store. Read more
The lady was really rude. She was trying to rush my son when he was ordering. I ordered a small Turkey slider. Then my son... ordered a slider. But she only made his. I tried to tell her she didn't get mine. But she tried to argue with me! I have gicenthis lady so many tries over the past year or so, but she us typically rude and always rushing us. Even if we are the onlycustomers. Friendly customer service is a big part of what keeps customers coming back to spend thier hard earned money. I guessthat they forgot to teach them that when the bought the franchise. Paoli Subway it's a zero for me. Update 11/4/2021 I don'tknow why I even bother coming to this establishment. You can eat in but are left sitting at little tables due to the new boothsbeing shoved together so they cannot be used. Also, the lady overseeing the business is still as rude as ever... And to topthis Visit off; She intentionally over sauced my sandwich, and then gave no napkins with the order. Childish, rude, and nonprofessional. That is something I would expect from a teenager. Not a business woman. Although, it's not her franchise so sheobviously doesn't care. She is part of the Rajesh Patel Family in Bloomington. They purchase businesses and hire family tooversee them and have little to no local employees. There are 4 that I know of in the county. Ritz Motel, Midwest inn, subwayPaoli, Subway French Lick All I know is this lady could take lessons in customer service from her family members that overseethe French Lick location. I love all subways. But this one gets only 1 star because the owner is rude. Very rude.! And even so, we still went there... because I love subway. But recently tried to use a coupon and the owner says he doesn't accept any coupons.... Like I said theowner is very rude!! Read more

Subway has always been one of my Top 5 restaurants for a quick bite. Whether its for lunch, after work or take the family and... dine-in. They have healthy low fat selections or, if you are always hungry like me, get 2 footlongs with 2x meat and cheese,baked and a delicious Cookie for dessert.
