We dined-in. With BYOB. This is definitely a take out restaurant with 2 tables in the corner. This is not set up to be a a... dine-in restaurant, or BYOB. They do not have ice, water or cups to use. I had to go next door for a cup of ice. Order at thecounter, The pizza was great. Wings and fries were mediocre. Order your pizza for pickup or delivery from here. Look to dinein somewhere else. The Paoli restaurant is more of a take out size but has limited seating capacity as well. The interior is a sleek and nice... design. I liked that despite the simplicity, Santuccinis not serving on disposable plates. The small pie I ordered was good andI like that it was served in a pan on a rack so that it stayed crisp. The crust is thinner but not ultra thin and less greasythan most other places - but I also did not have meat toppings... I had side of fries and was surprised of the quality.Perfectly light crisp texture, skin on and good potato taste. Overall a little on the pricier side but warranted given thequality I experienced. We ordered a large pie with sausage, onion and mushroom. The order was taken over the phone and they were very polite and... efficient. I picked up the pizza, right on time. The place was very clean and nicely decorated. The people behind the counterwere friendly and hospitable. Really very nice. The pizza itself was just okay. Here's the highs and lows, we both agreedon. Crust: 8.5, nicely baked and tasty. Sauce: 4, lacking flavor and texture Cheese: 2, almost non existent at best Toppings: 2,Really sparse. Overall: 5. We're gonna give them some time and try it again, but, it was not a good as we thought it would be. I hope they do well and wish the Paoli location the best! Read more
