If I could leave 0 stars I would and I never complain. This place is garbage. I went to order and they were out of 4 different... things. Manager was running drive thru, was very rude, seemed like he didn't want to be there. When the order was wrong he yelled at the... elderly man on the fries to fix it, and the old dude brought the right food to us and was nice as possible! Old dude should'vebeen The Manager! Read more

The manager didn't want anybody to be in the restaurant. I used the app. & I walked into the restaurant. When I walked into the... restaurant. The 1st thing he told me to get out. The 2nd thing he said was my order was already given out. There's a typed noteon cash register stating pick up only, yet he was throwing me out. I'm sure the store should have sit down available since thestore is open. I would think being in Paoli, the store manager would be friendly. It's quite the opposite. The I ordered a $7beef & a $6 chicken premium sandwiches. I received a $1 McDonald's double patty hamburger sandwich. The burger was so dry it waslike eating leather. I DON'T HAVE TO WONDER WHY THERE'S LESS Wendy's stores. Wendy's higher lousy people, including managers.Wendy's was a nice place to go. I?ve been waiting in the Wendy?s drive-through for 25 minutes so far and I?m still halfway around the building! I ordered 40... minutes ago via the mobile app. While ordering the app gave me the option of picking up inside or a drive-through and it saidthat they were both open. Clearly the inside is not opened as all the doors are locked and you can?t see any employee. I wouldlove to just get out a line but I already paid and my daughter ones or dinner. The man taking the orders at the drive through was so rude! It was like I was putting him out by ordering my food. I actually... ended up driving away without dinner for my family! This would have been a $30 order! When I asked for the manager the man, whotold me his name was Brian, said he was the manager and would not give me his last name. I could not believe the attitude.
