Employees here not very competent or polite. Not my experience in most Casey?s locations so I was pretty disappointed.
This Casey?s is probably one of the biggest that I?ve seen yet. There?s a little bit of everything here. If you?re craving some... snacks this is definitely a good stop. Also if you need gas you can grab some while you?re waiting for a pizza as well. They goteverything imaginable inside that store. If you?re craving something sweet or something sour or something hearty they got ithere. The ad they got all kinds of drinks from water to soda to juice milk and many more. They even serve breakfast. To add,they make their own donuts as well. You can?t get more fresher than that. I suggest their breakfast pizza with bacon. It?sincredibly delicious and very satisfying. Finally, they have a touchless car wash that is my number one go to for getting myvehicle washed. The staff working car wash work very hard and do a great job. I always tip them on the way out. The facility isalways clean and free of trash. The isles inside the store are clutter free and are always well stocked. Their public bathroomsare very clean and my wife has no problem using them as well. Read more
I hate giving one star because the cashiers are helpful and friendly! My biggest frustration is never having carwash books... available. I don?t want to have to worry about losing receipts, I also used to give them as gifts, receipt paper isn?t going towork for that. I don?t know that I?ll be back! That being said, the carwash is amazing, it?s about the huge inconvenience. I?vevoiced this to the manager several times, I don?t feel she cares. The link that was posted didn?t work. As someone who has worked at this location twice thinking second time around might be different. I am going to give 1 star as a.... Customer and employee. This location has alot that needs improved an unfortunately when management doesnt care it doesntmatter if employees care and when an employee does care or Express concern retaliation from management occurs. I recently got my car washed at their facility, and it is advertised as ?Touch Free?. That is the very reason I chose this car... wash, as I am very particular about my vehicles paint and wheels. But it is very frustrating to find out that they haveessentially false advertised, they use automated brushes to clean the wheels of cars, and after 2 years of working at a carwashI know that they are extremely harmful to the finish on the running boards of vehicles as well as the finish on the rims. I knowthey use these poorly maintained wheel brushes because there were tons of new scratches on my new wheels. Knowing that rims areextremely expensive and very difficult to buff out discontinuities from the finish on them, I am very frustrated. The Carwashis NOT ?Touch Free?! Read more
My wife just came back from the Casey's car wash (formerly Fantasys gas station) and was very pleased with the customer service.... We used to go to the cheap car wash in Bellevue, but not any more after her experience here. I hope the quality of servicecontinues as we will be back. Keep up the good work guys!! Read more
These women are so very rude. Never a greeting, manager and employee (long black hair) stand right in front of doors smoking,... I'm allergic to smoke, and then my hair and clothes smell bad. The Womens restroom is never clean and the floors are dirty. Isaid something to the manager one time about the unfriendlyness and she did apologize, and sadly nothing has changed. Would ofbeen great if QT would of bought location. Now that's a place that is friendly and rocks. They greet everyone, with a smile andtheir establishment is always clean. The menu for the carwash has now changed and is a little complicated especially if you have to make a rush decision while other... people are in line behind you. I asked the cashier which option cleans your tires to which she replied "I have no idea." withabout as much enthusiasm as a rock. I then asked her if maybe the other cashier might know but she didn't bother to ask theother cashier nor did she try to find out. So I tried as best as I could to decipher the new menu options myself and then paid.I got the feeling from her that she doesn't like her job and that attitude will drive away customers. Read more
