I would say that most of the time our orders are correct and we get everything we asked for (one time my husband asked for 3 or... 4 chick-fil-A sauces and they gave us 34 without question because that's what they thought we aske for!) All of the employeesare pleasant and friendly. My daughter loves the chicken minis in the morning. The staff working drive thru this evening didn?t offer good customer service at all. After ordering a shake a fries my tab was... closed and was told it would be ready at the window when I still hadn?t finished. I ordered a number 3 the 8 count meal with alarge dr. P and when I got my food only received the nuggets and drink never the fry. Then reaching the window employee were dryuntil a wire hit my car and the girl taking my payment laughed at my concern.
