I would say that most of the time our orders are correct and we get everything we asked for (one time my husband asked for 3 or... 4 chick-fil-A sauces and they gave us 34 without question because that's what they thought we aske for!) All of the employeesare pleasant and friendly. My daughter loves the chicken minis in the morning. I used to love the breakfast burrito but theytook away the onions and peppers so it's just not very tasty any more. Read more
The staff working drive thru this evening didn?t offer good customer service at all. After ordering a shake a fries my tab was... closed and was told it would be ready at the window when I still hadn?t finished. I ordered a number 3 the 8 count meal with alarge dr. P and when I got my food only received the nuggets and drink never the fry. Then reaching the window employee were dryuntil a wire hit my car and the girl taking my payment laughed at my concern. They did a free chicken sandwich today. No other stipulation side from showing up and asking for it. Service is amazing as is... standard from chic fil a. I had it with the sauce and it makes a big difference in their chicken burger. All chic fil a havetheir own parking lot so parking isn't an issue. It's located in a larger parking lot area with more shops so there really isn'tan issue. Read more
