Very first time here! I ordered the carnitas (pork) bowl with white rice, cheese, and sour cream. The ladies were the... friendliest people ever. They let us sample the meat before buying it. They fully explained everything and what was in it. Againit was my first time here. They even thanked me for coming to try the food here! I felt very welcomed! The restaurant was superclean also. I?m for sure coming back! If you haven?t came here yet I?d for sure recommend this place! Five star for sure in myopinion! I just can?t get over how flavorful the white rice and meat is! Great job! Update? came back because it sounded good, they did ok when getting us our food.. there is no emotion shown, they are just... ?doing their job? but honestly they aren?t. The floor is disgusting and so are the tables. Had to clean my own table and theplace wasn?t even that busy? also, while. We were eating the lady came out to wipe off the table but proceeded to just wipe itonto the floor then walk away?. The drink area was also disorganized and overflowing with trash. As well as the trash in themain area which as seen in the photo is also overflowing? I guess being a restauranteur isn?t something they seem to care about?oh well. This is getting ridiculous, $40 for 2 bowls? outrageous. Skimped majorly on meat, asked for barely any guacamole andthey charged me for full amount. If I wanted a dining in experience I would pay a similar amount?. The food is subpar and theservice is lacking. I do not recommend. Maybe it should've been a sign when there was a chain and a padlock around the front doors with a sign written by a child to use... other doors. Obviously the guy folding napkins..... (it'll make sense later) Customer service. Lots of customers, no service. Pony tail was the only one who had any clue out of the 5 that were working. She was obviously baby sitting adult children.Mobile orders? I thought when you out your mobile order in online you came and pick it up off a shelf. NOPE, NOT HERE. You haveto get in the back of the line and show your phone to them what you ordered ONLINE FOR PICK UP. I get you gotta stay in yourlane, but does staying in your lane consists on multi folding a napkin to wipe crumbs off in-between each order?
