My family and I love Domino?s. We love to eat Domino?s often and they?ve never let us down with the quality and delivery time of... the food. The staff has always been friendly and courteous. The pizzas always come fresh and warm and of course are very tasty.From time to time I?ve gone to the location for pick ups since they have amazing discounts when you do a pick up. Their facilityis always clean and it seems clutter free and well organized. Their hours are very convenient and it fits our schedulesperfectly. If we?re not eating pizza, we?re eating subs or pastas or salads. However the most common thread when we eat atDomino?s are the cookie dough brownies. They are by far the best dessert that is out there. If you haven?t gotten one of thesewith your pizza or pasta then I highly recommend you do so. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! We just got the MOST RUDE, supposedly general manager EVER! My husband was disrespected on the phone... while ordering, and when he got to the store he questioned who took his order. She informed him, RUDELY, that she did andclaimed to be the general manager. As if that isn?t enough, she was rude to his face. THEN on his way home, she called him andinformed him that ?her store? WOULD NO LONGER TAKE ORDERS FROM US. She accused my husband of cussing at her. We order from dominos pretty regularly but unfortunately this location has gone down hill. Recently we?ve gotten completely... burnt food, wrong quantities, and cold food. We?ve also had a delivery time quoted and had to call for them to say the foodsbeen ready and could we pick it up because they don?t have enough drivers. We understand short staffed but seriously? just callpeople and tell them it?s longer than expected. Not ask me to cancel or come get it. Read more
If I could give negative stars I would! Horrible and very un professional! We ordered 3 pizza's 2 were correct. 1 was wrong.... Called, new pizza delivered. Wrong pizza sent AGAIN. Called yet again. Verified again what pizza was missing. Gentleman said ok30 min. An hour and a half later my friend called and Ronnie said too bad not sending one So I cleaned ask for the manager,Ronnie said she was. I ask for an explanation. She was extremely rude and repeated she was not sending the pizza. She will giveus a free pizza another day but not today. A few people had not gotten to eat yet. Apparently they close at 11pm, not midnight. I placed an order for delivery via the app, and it was immediately canceled. I... called to see why, and Izzy told me that their driver is already out and needs time to come back. Fair enough, so I asked ifthey could make the order and I'd come pick it up, and she told me their oven is off. I asked how that's supposed to work, likeif I can't get a pizza then how are they open, and she told me I can file a complaint if I'd like. Read more
2nd time in a month I received subpar pasta primavera. First time they forgot the spinach and alfredo sauce so pasta was dry.... This time I recieved a spoonful of alfredo sauce in one corner while the rest of the seemed like half order of pasta (barelycovered the outer edges of the dish and empty in the middle) that was dry and burnt on some edges.
