Love the sandwiches here they are so good and the staff is always super nice and understanding
Over 10$ for a bag of small chips and a medium ny steamer that was the most disturbing and disgusting sandwich I've had.... Whatever the pastrami was supposed to be was like uncooked bacon. I had to put it in my air fryer and it shrunk to just nothing.The meat on my sandwich was sad and very little, and if that was supposed to be brisket, it was just wrong looking meat. Mysandwich was so soggy I had to transfer the little of it to some white sandwich bread. Whoever was working yesterday and made mysandwich should not ever make a sub again. Should have taken a picture but just didn't. Won't eat firehouse again after that.Especially for the price paid for it. Read more
I ordered a sandwich with no mayonnaise. I HATE mayonnaise. First off, "NO" mayonnaise is not even an option when you order... online, the best you can ask for is "on the side". I had my daughter drive all the way down there to pick them up, and when shegot home this thing is slathered on both sides with mayonnaise. This is literally just making sandwiches. Went to have a lunch with my husband today. Was starving and we like their subs. Unfortunately the place was filthy almost... canceled my order, and here is why. The tables were dirty, the floors had food and trash under them, the soda machine screen hadfood and greasy fingerprints all over it. My husband used the bathroom and he said the urinal was broken and the floors weresticky. If there is that much uncleanness imagine what the kitchen looks like? There were two male workers, one with a darkhaired ponytail and the other taller man with glasses and a maroon mask on. No other customers came in while we were there so doyou think they cleaned after they took our order? You guessed it, no, they just chatted amongst each other and looked at theirphones. I thought it was funny that he was worried about his mask being on but not the disgusting state of the inside of theplace? Not going back! Read more
Decided to get the engineer, menu says sautéed mushrooms- more like cold canned mushroom. Little disappointed in my favorite... sub chain. Coke Zero was out too. Read more

I had the Italian sandwich and it was just very bland and the ham was sweet ham which I do not like! Pretty pricey also!
