Tried the new Thai chicken wrap. Didn't taste very well. I guess I expected a more sweet chili flavor...it was not. In addition... it almost cost as much as the sandwich itself to have it delivered and with taxes and a reasonable tip it was 2x as much thesandwich by itself. Read more
Places a pretty larger order for 6 adults online. It was ready when promised and all sandwiches were correct. The two younger... employees working were courteous, and this location seemed to be especially clean. Keep up the good work. Read more

Placed my order at 4:15. It is now 5:46 and still waiting. Once my food gets here I will be calling the store for a full refund.... Out for delivery text at 5:27. I live across the street. Who owns a delivery service with 1 driver? Bad business. Not gettingmy money again. Read more
We live just down the street, so I always try to come to this Jimmy John's if we need a quick meal. It's supposed to be freaky... fast. That's their whole motto. And yet every single time we come to this Jimmy John's they are incredibly slow. Today I'vewaited 28 minutes if you count the time waiting to even order behind only one car, and then waiting behind that same car to getto the window, and then not even being greeted at the window. There are four cars behind me in line. Jimmy John's corporate,please fix this problem! This Jimmy John's location is slow every single time! It is absolutely unacceptable, and completelycontrary to your whole business model. I only ordered two sandwiches, no sides, no drink. No special changes to the sandwich, nospecial order. Ordered my food at 1:02pm, took them 20 minutes to even put it out for delivery and it?s now been 50 minutes since it was placed... as ?out for delivery?. Called the store and was just told they are understaffed and took multiple orders at once and unsure ofwhen it will arrive. Which I understand and I feel bad for even leaving this review, but I literally live within 5 blocks of thestore. If I was able to go get it myself I would, but I can?t. Quality is consistently good. Pick up and drive through have been very quick. Today delivery took approximately 50 minutes from... this store to my front door which is 0.3 miles away (1 minute by car or 7 minutes by foot). I would have appreciated a courtesycall or a refund for the tip or delivery fee for this unusually long wait from a place which is supposed to be "freaky fast."Also, I asked for the sandwich to be cut in half, but that didn't happen.
