Their food is great, but they always seem to be out of one selection or another, whenever I go there.
GIANT PORTION OF overcooked WHITE RICE AND 8 BIG CHUNKS OF BROCCOLI AND 3 COUNT THEM AGAIN. I SAID 3 PIECES OF RUBBERY SO CALLED... BEEF. I ordered pot stickers. No idea what a potsticker was. NO JUICE. NO GRAVY AND AN OVERPOWERING SMELL AND TASTE OF GINGER.THEN I order a diet beverage and ooops. Just like the soy sauce, gravy, they were out. Had to drink water. I have a PE BY MEAND THEY ARE NEVER OUT OF ANYTHING. I took one bite and threw the rest away. It was too dry and eating outside, no way it wasnearly 100 degrees. We paid nearly $30 for 2 meals, some water and 3 cream cheese Rangoon. AND left it all there and headed overto McDonald's. Go figure on vacay and can't even get tasty carry out. Leslie that was working the window was rude. I gave her exact change so I should have gotten change back when I told her I gave... her exact change so it should have just been a dollar amount she was very rude with me. Someone should do something about thecustomer service. Read more
Consistently over fills order with vegetables and filler instead of the food I actually order. If I order meat I want meat, not... a pile of veggies with little to no meat in sight. Read more
Would be more but they always give me small portion of honey shrimp. I had a coupon for a free bowl they still gave me a up... price and if I didn't get the bowl free they were going to charge near to 10.00$ with up price after giving me only 6 Peace's ofshrimp why? There's only 5 in the picture because I eat it. They even give such small portions of the other food's except thesides. After being ripped off I don't look to go to Panda Express for a long time bye. This review is old still accurate Ibelieve some what. I have stopped at Panda Express sometimes it has been better I think ????. For Me it's been better one thingthat's annoying is the busyness. I ordered walnut shrimp and orange chicken its not orange chicken. I called and I got put on hold for several minutes with no... one saying anything to me about it. Never going to this one because I wasn't being a Karen or obnoxious as far as I know justwanted an explanation. I didn't even want my money back then, after the cold shoulder on the phone I do now. Stopped here for lunch from the drive through on the way home and got a plate with orange chicken and Shanghai Angus steak, the... steak being an upcharge. Got home to eat, and the bottom layer of my steak WAS FILLED WITH ORANGE CHICKEN!!! I have frequentlypurchased from this location, but if they're going to start pulling this kind of stunt, they can kiss my business goodbye. Read more
