Fantastic bowls and burritos! I especially loved the chicken queso burrito- tons of flavor, fresh pico de gillo and juicy... chicken with delicious grill flavor. The build your own bowl with pickled onions and slow braised pulled pork was really goodtoo and the chips and 3 cheese queso hit the spot! Read more

My nachos were okay, but what the hell is the older Hispanic lady?s deal? I asked the girl who did my nachos for an extra side... of queso, I looked in the bag and she put in shredded cheese so I asked the Hispanic lady who was ringing me up if I could getan extra side of queso and she said ?no? and then after a few seconds she was like ?2 dollars? and I was like yeah that?s fineI?ll pay for it??? She then went and got me a big cup of shredded cheese and I said ?no like the queso?? And then she went andgrabbed some and charged me which was totally fine but when I said thanks she just ignored me and turned her back towards medidn?t say anything. She was annoyed I asked for something extra which is super weird, so idk why she?s still around if she?sgonna act so inconvenienced. She seems like a real piece of work. Won?t go back if I?m gonna be made to feel like a burden andtold no lol. Like dude I?ll pay for it I didn?t ask for free queso jeez. Read more
I love the chain and this location always has good and fresh food. However there?s an older lady who works here that makes going... miserable. She always gives less than the appropriate portions of food and then makes a face and acts annoyed when you ask formore. My food is never as good as it should be when she makes it. Very rude to customers. I saw the guy in front of me ask for awater cup and another worker gave him a regular sized cup. The older lady went out of her way to take this cup from him and givehim a tiny plastic cup instead. It was awkward to watch and I felt bad for everyone involved. I love their food, but she makesme feel like a burden just for being there. I feel bad for other employees who have to work with her. Read more
We tried the franchise for the first time and was very pleased with the food and service. I tried the chicken queso bowl and... loaded it with black beans, picco, sour cream, guacamole, jalapeños, shredded cheese, and white rice?. Definitely not low fat!The chicken was tender and very flavorful. I was pleased with my heaping portion and took half home for leftovers. The servicewas quick, and the employees were friendly. Wow! That?s all I can say! Absolutely the BEST food I?ve ever eaten! I got the steak bowl with pinto beans, Queso, lettuce and... shredded cheese and sour cream! The steak was so freakin good! Customer service was excellent besides the lady at the registerbut otherwise everything else was five star excellent! I?m for sure coming back real soon! Thanks for an excellent dinner!
