We are in town from Illinois and wanted to stay in for the night. So happy we chose Spin pizza! We each ordered a personal pizza... - one margarita and one chicken goat cheese. Salads came with each pizza. We ordered a Greek salad and a spinach goat cheese.Everything was fantastic! Salads were super fresh, the spinach also had pecan and mushrooms. The Greek salad was a typical Greeksalad but also had some artichoke hearts. Both had homemade vinaigrette. With delivery on a Saturday at 7:15pm - it took 35minutes to get to our door via DoorDash. This is my favorite place when trying to be healthy. The cauliflower crust is amazing and cuts out the major carb problem of... regular pizza. Fantastic topping choices - my favorite right now is the spinach & prosciutto with fig jam on a cauliflowercrust. And don't forget to save room for the Gelato. I saw a co-worker with a very delicious looking decent sized lunch salad. I decided to get one myself for dinner. I went for the... same salad, the spinach and goat cheese. I decided to go with the half order thinking that dinner portions are normally larger.The salad was $7.50 base and then I paid an extra $1.75 to add chicken. I don't know if it was because I ordered pickup throughGrubHub, or something else, but the experience was terrible. I was never notified that my order was ready. I called the store 5minutes after my scheduled pickup window had closed and they said "oh yeah, it's ready right here". This was 32 minutes after Iplaced the order, GrubHub initially said 15-20 minute wait. I checked the box to include cutlery with my order but when Iarrived it was not in the bag. I stood at the bar for a couple minutes waiting to be recognized, but I eventually had tointerrupt someone behind the counter to ask for cutlery. After I got on the road and started eating, I realized there was nochicken added to my salad. The size of the salad was extremely disappointing, as you can see below compared to the size of myhand. Was closer to 1/4 or 1/3 salad than 1/2. After it was all said and done I paid $9.96 for a snack sized salad that tooklonger to prepare than promised and contained multiple mistakes on the order. The only reason I didn't give 1 star is becausethe salad itself was delicious and fresh. Based on service and value per $ spent, this was my first and last visit. Edit: Ijust realized that the salad was also supposed to come with rosemary flatbread that I didn't receive. Dropping to 1 star,service, value, accuracy, timeliness, all terrible.
