Waiter Gino, had zero personality. We were seated in the bar area. The half wall up against our booth, the staff slammed... down trays, and gathered to talk. Loudly. It’s like they were at our table. Gino brought our checks then stood therestarring at us, so we had to dig out our debit cards, we weren’t ready. We will make sure we ask for Tim to be our servernext time. If I could give this place a 4.5 star, I would. Upon arrival, by a stroke of luck, we were able to be seated(three of us) within... 4 minutes. Don, our waiter, on the 14th was a wonderful waiter for our dinner. Because of him, this place got an additionalstar. His service and attentiveness raised the bar. Steak was juicy and cooked perfectly to med well. The herb chicken had anamazing amount of herb spices on it which evlated it more. Side dishes were delicious. Raspberry lemonade, I asked for a littlestronger flavor, was spot on. Now why its not a 5 star.... when we walked in, there were two host/hostess table stands and wepaused at the first one waiting then realized we had to move to the second stand. As soon as we were seated and started onthose heavenly rolls, we realized there were no silverware so we had to ask for them. Then we had to ask for small plates forthe rolls. Had the country fried chicken and mashed potatoes w/cream gravy on top that was AMAZING!! (Gravy had the SAME DELICIOUS taste as... my Mom's version of "S.o.S." back when I was knee-high to a grasshopper.) Had a cup of chili with cheese and red onion on top;YUMMY!!! Went here for my birthday dinner, ordered a ribeye/rib combo. The steak was very tough and chewy. Never had a bad steak there... until now, cut 2 pieces, 1 for me 1 for my bf. Killer rolls with the most delightful cinnamon butter spread. Juicy steaks, cooked to perfection. Remarkable service- our... waitress was very attentive despite how busy they were. The sangria margarita is really good but they have a full bar so youcan get pretty much anything. Highly recommend using the Wait List option they offer to reserve a table, it cut our wait timefrom an hour to about 25 minutes on a Friday night. Read more
We waited for about 45 minutes on a Saturday evening which was understandable. Once seated we were served right away. Got... appetizers fast, refills on rolls before we asked. Everything was perfect! Read more
