We had a large event, needing to feed about 30 people, so we placed an order 5 DAYS in advance to be picked up at 1:00 pm. When... I get there at 12:55pm I was told that our food hadn?t been started and I was 5 minutes early anyway. After being told it wouldbe about 20 mins for the food, I continued to wait 40 more minutes before finally getting our food. The ?MOD? Nicholas was veryrude, and would not give us the number to his upper management or even a business card. Very unprofessional, unprepared, andrude. Read more
Usually pretty decent but ordered today and the delivery driver didnt shut our gate after leaving. Maybe training your drivers... to leave things the way they find them would be helpful as our dogs could have gotten our. Read more
I?m never the type of person to complain, we usually take the touch and go good food with a grain a salt? through my food being... forgotten in someone?s car and showing up cold.. to them completely forgetting something I had ordered.. but this instancereally left me contemplating even going back. I called to let them know of the oopsie, just wanting my money back and thegentleman on the phone asked me if I was sure there was cheese on the sandwich because he ?even made sure to cut it with adifferent knife that touched the ones they make with cheese?. He told me that he could only give me a sandwich credit or for medrive down to the store and grab it myself since they don?t have drivers leaving at 9 when I know they go until 1030. Eventhough it was their mistake. I think what my fiancé and I concluded is to only order when the manager is there, you can tellthere?s care in the food then. Can you see the cheese? Read more
They were great for a while, but then half of my pizza had sausage on it when I'm vegetarian and never even ordered that. Cross... contamination is a big thing food service workers should be aware of, especially when it comes to the many kinds of dietaryrestriction people may have. I order a pizza and wanted well over 20mins for the delivery. There driver left the store at a certain time. Said it will be... here in 6min. and when it got here it was ice cold. I get its cold outside find a way to keep it warm. Don't argue with acustomers over cold food. Make it right now questions asked. Read more
So I understand it's snowing outside but to forget part of my order and then I call about it, the manager said they have other... orders that need to go out before I get the rest of my order and he's so professional at being a manager, matt, that he hung upon me 3 times!!!!!! Personally the quality of food served here is exactly what I?d expect, good pizza, and good wings. Since I always order online I... know what is happening and what to expect, if I?m given a time frame I will acknowledge it and leave it at that. I don?t haveanything to complain about since again, I order online and always know what?s going on. They?re great on updating you and areusually quick to serve you when you arrive to pick up your order. That?s my input on this particular location, do with it whatyou will. Read more
The pizza's are delicious at this Domino's. There is a good amount of toppings and the pizza looks yummy. You can tell that the... people who work here care about the food they are making and they are incredibly nice as well. This Domino's is so much betterthan the one in Rifle try it and see for yourself you won't be disappointed. Read more
