Mediocre Customer Care resulting in an incomplete order. Argued I got my sour cream. Decent food that's all
Late dinner so I understand the wanting to go home at 10:30 at night we ordered 2 meals a number 7 and 8 the burger were thrown... together and not warm almost like they had been sitting. Frosty machine was off. The guy that took or order was rushing us tomake a split second choice or to hurry our order speed up. If I could give a zero I would. I wouldn't recommend. Only person in the drive through had myself pull around and wait for my... food. In the parking area. Order a drink and two other items. I wouldn't go there because the employees can't read and can'tread and you won't get all items ordered. I would have been more understanding but yhey weren't busy and the employees are justbeing complacent of the person spending money with their company. Since this is not the first time this has happened I willnever be going back. Can't wait for McDonald's to come in to this little town and give them some computation. Read more
I went in to order food on 9-2-2022 at about 12:30 ish. Ordered my food got in my car started to check the bags I had ordered 3... jr bacon cheeseburgers and only got two. Turned around and went back and let them know what had happened. The girl running theregister said I?m pretty sure I put three in the bag I know I did. She went and talked to her manager her manager said bring thebags in so I did, they became kinda rude informing me I was doing it for free food. I would have turned truck and camper aroundif I would have gotten the burger in the first place! We are from Denver we had stopped in to get just drinks and get back on road , then this will mannered gentleman said are you... sure we have some of the hottest food in town I thought that's quite the claim for a Wendy's so we decided to try it! And thecrew that was working on this Sunday afternoon made us want to drive back every week just to enjoy the atmosphere in thisWendy's and the Hot Food! I watch the Guy whom took our order serving window and he forgot to grab a bag most would watch thecar drive off not this guy he said I will be right back and caught the car before it got out of parking area! Great people greatatmosphere great attitudes I suggest anybody coming to this one during the afternoon on Sundays not sure how it is any othertime but the crew members on this Day made our trip that much better! Stopped here for a quick bite to eat on our way to Steamboat Springs CO. Ordered their #4 Crispy chicken sandwich with fries... and a drink. Cashier was friendly and food was well prepared. Plenty of tables to eat at in there dining area. Drive throughand curbside very busy too. All employees were nice and courteous. Read more
