Always have pizzas ready to go and literally the ONLY place you can get a good lunch for 6 bucks.
I guess the wait isn't too bad , I should order ahead , but I always forget . Fóod is ok , can't really say much .
First off the manager or owner was yelling at his employee pointing his finger. Felt bad for the guy I could see the fear. I... ordered a pizza got home and it was burnt. They got my order wrong and when I brought it to her attention Anna (I think) yelled and said that is not what I ordered. I... asked for a refund then, said just order what I asked for and will pay. She called someone and spoke to them, then took my pizzaand asked for another $2.69. I guess they do not believe in customer service at this place. Before the "camp fire" the pizzas were always excellent, now I ordered takeout it was cold and the cheesy breads i ordered I... got stale bread sticks. I called the store they were no help, called the owner at there Orville store she more or less said iwas lying. Called the corporate office they said sorry they would get back to me, one week no call back, they have lost acustomer for good. Read more
Last few times the pizza had been hard and the crazy bread is so hard we have to throw it away.
