If you haven’t been here before, you’re really missing out on this iconic Phoenix restaurant! The food is always delicious-... esp those sticky buns (if you know, you know). The atmosphere is very romantic and perfect for those special dinners. Speakingof special dinners, I had my rehearsal dinner there! Shannon was such a great help for everything we needed and any questions wehad. And the lower patio was perfect for having 30 guests join us for dinner, not only super dreamy with it being surrounded bylush greens but it was in the back corner and felt perfectly secluded so our dinner never got interrupted by restaurant guests. We had the pleasure of working with Lindsey and the El Chorro team for our client's wedding in March. They went above and beyond... to set up the space according to our specifications. Their catering team (lead by Richard) were exemplary. They providedexcellent service and even made sure the vendors were cared for. Definitely a place we love coming back to. Tables are spread out and intimate, they have GREAT patio space with heaters and so... much parking. Dress code is also very varied, but the quality of the experience is a 10/10. This was our first time back to theplace after getting married here in 2019! It was just as delicious (if not more) and Helayna was wonderful. She recommended someitems we weren’t expecting like the shrimp appetizer and beef stroganoff which were excellent. Wow! We came here for our last dinner while visiting in AZ last week and I’m so glad we did. We sat outside and it was so... beautiful. Our waitress was super nice and the food was amazing. We had the shrimp pepper pot for the appetizer which came withbread and it was so delicious but so filling, I could barely finish my entrée! I had the short rib which was literally justmelting in my mouth and my bf had the pork tenderloin which he absolutely loved. They also serve cinnamon rolls as the starterand they were ridiculously good. Highly recommend. Will definitely be back. Read more
We really enjoyed this place! It definitely gets busy so reservations are needed unless you get there early and sit at the bar.... The food and the service were fantastic! The ahi tuna and crab tower was amazing and fresh. The braised short ribs had thedeepest and most flavorful sauce! The meat fell apart with a fork! Homemade cinnamon rolls were brought as a extra and were sogood! Overall a great experience on a fantastic outdoor setting next to a beautiful fire pit! Read more
