I ordered a door dash order and half of my items were missing, so I called wendys around 11:20 pm on 11-13-22 and a lady... answered the phone, I kindly explained to her what happened and she asked what my name is so she can look up the order, she thenproceeded to tell me that her and her staff put everything that was supposed to be in the bag. The people are incredibly incompetent. They lack basic comprehension skills. The one that took the order kept interrupting,... making it difficult to order. The changes on the food were read back to me, so there should be no reason for the order on thereceipt to be wrong. The cooks made what was on the order, so it is not their fault. Read more

Service is always fast and good. I usually have no issues with this restaurant but I ordered salad today. I love their seasonal... salads. This time the lettuce is half rotten and the strawberries are old mush. Very disappointed. Read more
Paragould Wendy's is always good. Never have had any problems. The girl at the pick up window was especially cheerful and polite... on this most recent trip. Wish I had her name to compliment her. Order was accurate, warm, and tasty as always. Read more
