Never again will I go here for this IHOP location. I came in with my family around 4pm as kids eat free. Once we came inside... there was nobody eating and we were the first customers to dine. Waitress came and attended us. We showed her the minions promoon our phones and order for the kids (she never brought up any offers for kids eat free or minions promo) once we were done andask for our check. They charged us for everything including the kids food. Once spoke with the manager, she kept saying thatwaitress did "Not see our kids as she wouldn't know if the kids eat for free time as she's busy" with only 3 separate customersI guess it's ALOT of work to deal with. Also. Their promo for minions is NOT part of the kids meal so it wouldn't be part of thefree meal for kids. Why advertise this for kids when it's not free. Although this place is open 24 hours the service here was not good. There was not many people when we arrived and I took us... about 5 minutes for someone to come out and give us a table. Once we had our table it took about 10 to 15 minutes for someone tocome take our order and once we had our order we didn't really see anyone else come and ask us if we need anything else likecoffee. We had to almost go to the back of the kitchen once we wanted to pay to ask them to come out. I feel that we could havejust walked out without pain and they wouldn't have noticed. Love Ihop but really miss the pot of coffee on the table. Please bring that back. And put the biscuits and gravy on the menu. ... It makes no sense to offer something that's not on The menu. Why leave B&G off the menu? Read more
Very busy location, first time here because Norwalk location is being renovated. Came on a Sunday around 10, waited 40 min to... get a table. Employees were nice and attentive. Food was ok, my daughter said crepes did not taste good. Read more
