Worst experience at little ceases ever the little short Asian guy was putting down his coworker while they were slam me and a... couple other people are just waiting in line and 20 minutes go by and the girl comes up to us so we can?t take no more ordersthen the customers and employees got into it. Is there a marinara shortage or what? I have been getting nothing but dry pizzas the last 5 times ive gone.
Ordered a pizza through the app which connects with door dash to deliver it waited an hour and paid for the delivery fees only... to receive the wrong pizza. Couldn?t eat dinner because I used the money I had for that night. I would?ve ate the pizza but itwas a nasty and plain cheese pizza. Tried calling to ask for a replacement because I wanted the correct order and after an hourand 1/2 still no answer. Worst service ever had. Read more
This Little Caesar's use to be my go to spot for pizza, crazy bread etc.. since I live walking distance, but the employees don't... care about the pizzas they make at this spot, I've gotten raw pizza, burnt pizza, or crazy bread that looked like scraps tossedin a bag not like the usual strips of bread. The employees are goofy kids that don't care and too busy yelling in the back orplaying around with their cell phones. Cashier walked away from dealing with money and put her hands on the pizza. When I asked her not to touch my pizza without... washing her hands. She was offended and didn't wash them. I mentioned this to the manager and she told me that they wereunderstaffed and I said that's not a reason to not wash her hands and she said nothing and the girl continued to handle food.She would not tell me her name and the manager said she was a minor and that is why she didn't give her name. App wasn't workingand she said the phone was not working and I called and it rang. They just weren't answering it. They didn't care how theyinconvenienced customers. Horrible attitude and the so called manager was useless and the employee had no respect for her.Never had this problem with any other Little Ceasars .very disappointed that I paid for such service. Adequate Little Caesars, but for some reason they got rid of all their Diet Pepsi (especially the 20 oz bottles) and sometimes... they make big mistakes. For instance: I made a custom order with extra sauce and light cheese. When I picked it up, it was theopposite: extra cheese and light sauce. I wasn't happy, but tolerated it because it was too much trouble to drive back andcomplain about it, but I was still disappointed. To be fair, they don't make mistakes extremely often, but they do make them ata rate that other Little Caesars don't, in my experience. Read more
