I ordered a large pizza online. I ordered regular sausage and double mushroom. I got double sausage and regular mushroom... instead. If I had ordered what I got I'd say it's good. The problem is it's not what I ordered, and when I tried to call thestore I got hung up on twice. And instead of being able to get it replaced I have to take a credit for $30 and I'm stuck withthis pizza. After I get a free pizza, because that's $30 that that's owed, I'm never ordering from this location again. Ihaven't ordered Pizza Hut in years but I figured I'd give them another shot. Regretting that now. Once my phone call wasactually picked up the girl seemed relatively nice and had no choice in the matter because they didn't have a driver again until5:00 p.m. but is careless. My wife ordered pizza for us from this establishment and when the pizza arrived she went to eat it and the pepperoni on it... smelled like it was old and Rancid, and when she called to ask for a replacement pizza because of the pepperoni didn't smellgood she was then put on hold several times and then once the employee came back on the phone he said that he contacted hissupervisor and his supervisor was on vacation and said that it's nothing he can do until he returns next week and they had beenusing the same pepperoni all day without any complaints. So my wife asked if it's any way they can replace the order, he gotupset and said okay when I returned to the establishment with the pizza that we just ordered to show and prove that we're notlying the guy got upset and told me that we can no longer order from their establishment anymore on the orders of his boss andwas given a replacement Pizza without even receiving the option to get a different topping and we have always ordered from thisestablishment and never once had a problem before. The boxed pizza with the monzeralla stick and cinnamon sticks was good but the pizza hardly had any sauce and a whole lot of... cheese and pepperoni. Smh, do better! Read more

We were satisfied with our food. We had to warm it up a little more, than usual. Understood that the driver had 3 other stops... before ours. So we did not mind reheating the food. We totally understand. The poor driver was swamped with deliveries andwith a smile on his face (behind his mask, you could see his cheekbones rise). He was pleasant and apologized for his lateness. I ordered here last week online hoping to eat in the dining room during my lunch with my family (since I only had 30 mins to eat... with them) but the guy working at the time said the dining area was closed and it opens at 4pm. It made no sense that they hadthe dining area closed when there was no sign saying the dining area was closed / opened at a certain time. The worker then saidthat they can't have the dining area open due to covid and that there hasn't been an inspection for them to allow dine in. Whichthrew me off because he had mentioned that the dining area opens at 4pm.. So I was confused to why he said 4 pm but then saysthey're not allowed to have dine in..? Not to mention I've come during my lunch hour at 12pm to come eat here before, evenduring COVID. I honestly think the worker was coming up with excuses so he wouldn't have to work hard and keep itclean. Anyways, to make things worse, I had ordered 2 Caesar salads with my pizza and I noticed there wasn't any Caesar dressingso I asked for it and the worker then tells me that they ran out of Caesar dressing and if I wanted too, I can use ranch insteadbut I would have to pay for it even though they ran out. It honestly made me so angry with these employees because they had suchattitude and seemed so careless.. I ordered a Caesar salad so I expect Caesar dressing with it not ranch, or at least updateyour menu and say don't have the dressing that way it stops people from buying things you don't actually have! My family and Iended up taking the salad without dressing because of how upset we were. We came during our lunch time to eat and enjoy thelittle time we had but it was just awful. We didn't have a car to eat our food so we ate outside the restaurant on the grassarea since the dining area was closed. As you can see on the photo.
