We went because they were generous enough to send personal pizza coupons to my kids 1st grade class. How do you tell a 6 year... old he can't have is own special pizza. The staff was very friendly and honestly so were all the guests. Not that there wasmany but everyone was in good spirits and it made the meal enjoyable. My husband put in an order through their website for delivery, PAID for the delivery then we waited for about an hour before... calling (husband said whoever answered spoke Spanish, didn't exactly switch when it was obvious the other person didn't speakit) so I called and they said there was an order for us but hadn't been picked up. We figured DoorDash (whom they export theirdeliveries with) hadn't found a driver yet. More time passes by & we're getting frustrated and call back and are essentiallytold the same. We call DoorDash and there's no record of the order obviously since we didn't order through them & it wasn't sentto their services. We decide to drive there and pick up our order, but called to be sure they didn't throw it out. A muchdifferent response this time as Saul said there wasn't an order there for us even going as far as saying he isn't sure what'shappening (it's busy, I get it), but reassures me that he's going to see what he can do as he suddenly finds out order afteracting like we never ordered there. I'm on hold for at least 10 minutes before the line goes dead and hangs up. My husband callsright after that and again, after some reassurance he's going to speak to his boss it hangs up. Lunch buffet was very well served and not overly crowded
I went for the first time for nephews graduation brunch, it was awful. Games kept taking tokens the manager didn't care, my son... kept wasting money for tokens the machine was stealing it was not fare for the kids and paying customers. There was noreimbursement. I visited this location for my son and nephew graduation dinner. (20 plus people) This is a HORRIBLE location to visit for and... anything. The service was horrible. There was a long strain of hair fried into the chicken, I asked for the manager/ owner toinform someone about my problem and I was brushed off and was told the hair is on top and not fried into the chicken like thatmade it better. The manager/owner was not helpful at all. She did not want to plates or any extra utensil. I do NOT recommendthis location. Read more

The mojo potato's are extremely delicious. The pepperoni pizza is so good I couldn't stop eating them.. The pizza sauce is... incredibly authentic and tastes marvelous. Shakey's is the best. Read more
Well yesterday me and my wife went to go eat at your restaurant yesterday. and when we got home me and my wife got food... poisoning my wife tasted pizza and it was bender i recommend to go eat their no more. Read more
