Came in to get some work done. Looks & smells clean. Plenty of outlets against the wall by the couches, bar top/ high chairs, &... in the middle table underneath. As well as 2 functional restrooms. Nice ambiance & lighting! Customer service was great too! Read more
I come here 3 times a week and I order a Venti Iced Blonde Vanille Latte with only 3 ice cubes and never had an issue. Today I... was given my drink about 80 % full and told them if someone had drank the rest as it wasn?t full and the Attendant said it waslike that because I didn?t put enough ice? That?s the point, I asked for the drink like that because they over full it with ICEand not enough drink. I never had an issue since I?ve been coming to this Star Bucks for years until now. This used to be my favorite and go to store until April of this year. The store gave me an expired lunch item. I kept calling... the number from the receipt (same as the one listed on Google for the business) and it kept ringing and then it would cut off. Ihad to drive back to the store to make them aware of the expired food. When told the managers, there they were so casual aboutit and argued "it's not the expiration date, it's the date we give food to charity". This made me question a lot of storage andcheck practices this store has. When they proceeded to offer me a replacement, I too ironically was expired. It is very sad Ihad the above experience as this used to be one of few stores that had consistency in how they made your drinks. even to datewhen I seldom visit the store, they make my drink perfect every time. As much as we wish the service in Starbucks is not very consistent! I have been to 100s of them all over U.S. and Canada (I... would never go to a Starbucks outside of North America).
