Stopped by the mall and stopped by this location on Monday. I was greeted by a guy and told me he?s available if I wanted a... sample or needed help. I notified him it was my first time at the location. To say he helped me would be an understatement! I came to this little frozen yogurt shop yesterday with my sister. We both had a nice time! The staff member (Oz) was wonderful... and extremely helpful. He asked if we had any questions, helped when needed and was overall very attentive. My sister told meand I quote, "You can just tell that he really loves his job. That's such a rare thing nowadays." I asked the worker questionsabout the different smoothies, before deciding on the Kale one. I've been attemptng to try different things latley. So asmoothie with kale, pineapple, bananas and spinach sounded interesting. It was actually really good (I was pleasantlysurprised). I opted for the non-dairy version after hearing that the coconut water used it it would highlight the flavor. Ozwas absolutely correct. ???? It did make the smoothie taste really flavorful. My sister tried two different sample flavors offrozen yogurt, before deciding on the peppermint bark one. It's the perfect treat for the holidays coming up! Read more
Formerly Tutti Fruity which had great frozen yogurt - now 16 Handles which has the WORST FROZEN YOGURT that I have ever tasted!... It's not creamy and smooth, but course and granular! What were they thinking or are they just stupid? Read more
Flavorful frozen yogurt. Make your own mix of flavors and add toppings from an extensive selection. They also have smoothies and... bubble tea. Tasty stuff. I went yesterday to this location at 9:30pm with family after all the shops in the mall are closed. We ordered ice cream and... boba, we set in the shop, the stuff was very nice and kind even at the last half an hour befor to go home! Read more
