Build to order, fast fire, pizza chain. I tired &pizza years ago in NYC when they opened a location across from my work place. I... really like the concept of customizable pies that are made quickly and still decently affordable. You choose a crust, sauce, andall the toppings you want. Each pie is $11.49 and there is a up-charge for gluten free crust and shrimp as a topping. Theirgarlic knots are a little pricey at $6.50 but is really delicious. The order starts all the way in the back and you work yourway towards the front where you pay. The layout is a little confusing with no menu at the ordering counter. The staff is reallyfriendly and helpful, they are more than willing to explain the process and offer recommendations. Their drinks are madein-house and are also really delicious. First tried &Pizza at their Union location and so I'm happy to find them closer now here at Paramus! They have a great spot,... clean both indoors and out with a spacious parking lot! The staff were nice and friendly when we went on a thursday and theywere happy to explain the menu as they ran out of the paper brochures to look from. I got the New G as i wanted white saucethat day and the added arugula was a nice touch. Added some freshness to the pizza and definitely a pop of color. The husbandgot the Maverick. Generous amount of meat on that pie! We added BBQ sauce which gave it a whole new flavor! The dough was madeperfect for both and we thoroughly enjoyed the pizzas. We also got the Chocolate Chunk and Oatmeal raisin cookies! They werefresh and chewy just how we like them. Oh and dont forget the drinks, i liked the Black Cherry Cola! Read more
Came here for lunch with my husband :) loved the concept of create your own pizza place! We each ordered their specialty pizza... (maverick and buffalo 66). They were both really good and i especially loved their pesto pasta on the maverick. My husband'sbuffalo 66 pizza was too spicy for my taste, but he was able to enjoy it! Cookies for dessert was an added bonus and loved howchewy they were :) overall, really great place and would absolutely come back here again to try their other pizza favorites :) Read more
My o my? this pizza experience at next level! Never imagined I?d get to pick every single ingredient of my pizza from scratch.... Really loved the &pizza process. They have some unique ingredients that separates them from others trying similar styles.Variety of cheese, caramelized onion, pineapple, banana peppers, basil pesto sauce are some of the highlights for me. I went inwith the impression, it?s going to be another average pizza, but I was totally wrong, they made one delicious pizza. Allingredients cooked and blended really nice to give me a fulfilling dinner. Even their drinks are unique and outstanding. Lovedthe berry lemonade and mango fruit. The store has a modern black and green color combo look, but I felt it was really darkinside store, despite it being a bright sunny day outside. Adding more lights and some music, will totally uplift the atmosphereof the store. I also noticed, people take their sweet time deciding on ingredients when they are ordering, which causes someunwanted delays. Probably having a checklist menu where people can create their recipe and just hand it over at the counterwould make the process more efficient. Read more

Very friendly, warm, welcoming, and accommodating staff from the moment you enter. It was our first time here so they walked us... through their menu and all the different customizations you could do. They have plenty of options for people with differentdietary restrictions including gluten free, vegetarian, vegan, and plant based protiens. We went with the build your own piesand we were not disappointed. Builder beware however, the more toppings you load on it the messier (and tastier) it will be toeat so expect to go through several napkins! Their highly recommended "Hot Knots" had a nice kick to it which paired well withtheir hot honey dipping sauce. Glad to see this chain has finally arrived in NJ! Read more
