Came here to eat with my Family and service was super slow on a day that was very slow. I didn?t understand why they were taken... so long when there wasn?t much people to even attend too?. We hadn't eaten at chili's in a long time and we were super excited when we randomly happened across this place. Man, this was... so disappointing. The service was fine but the food was so gross and nothing like the chilis of the past. STAY AWAY from thefajitas. They were so weird and fake tasting, like it wasn't even real meat. We frequent this place so often just to have their El-presidente margs! The regular is a 6 dollar affair & a pretty good one at... that. The mango or strawberry purée they add are huge taste enhancers if you don?t want the regular. I love them, they?repriced at 9.50 Food is usually decent. It was my husband's Birthday, we rarely go out to eat, and we just wanted a treat: we had excellent service from our seating, in... a quiet section with only a few other families, and the waitress asked the bartender who was going off duty to make him aspecial drink, a Margarita which was just right; their hamburgers were huge and delicious, and they even brought him theiriconic Lava cake and gave him a Birthday cheer with 3 of their servers! It was fun, we would definitely recommend it to others;the prices were reasonable, the service very good, and the atmosphere very friendly and family oriented. Read more
I was not happy with the service here at all. It was hands down one of the worst service. Let?s list all the things that went... wrong with the order. 1. Partner asked for no veggies on his meal, still got veggies. 2. Asked for water with no ice, didn?treceive it until 30 minutes later when another service came by for water refills. 3. We didn?t get our drinks until the waiterwas reminded we never got our drinks (after we have received our food). 4. They were out of flavored tea so instead of askingany of us if we wanted something else, we were brought the unsweetened unflavored tea (which we still paid for. 5. Food wasn?thot. 6. Asked for some sugar for my unsweetened tea. Waited another 30 minutes, asked server again, server only brought over onesugar packet. Wasn?t even regular sugar either it was sweet and low. The best part of it all was we ordered two molten chocolatecake. You know how the middle part of the chocolate molten cake is suppose to be warm so the ice cream can melt on top of it?Our cakes were cold and so was the fudge. We told our server to take it back and heat it up. He did, the fudge was still a rockwhen we got it. And we also still paid full price for it. What a dumpster fire this place is. Horrible service. The bar only had three customers, and we all looked discontent. The... female bartender kept disappearing. A waiter had to get her one time, and possible a ?manager? got her the second time- to findout she was chilling by the side nook. Food was average, and lots of fruit flies. The bartender used a bottle sprayer to killthem. I will not be coming back. Read more
