Customer service terrible, order routinely wrong, quality of food sub par. I?ve been to this location about 10 times now cuz... it?s closest and every time the employees have an attitude, woman doesn?t not even ATTEMPT to tuck burrito, she just folds itover like a football, as soon as I open tinfoil everything falls out. Chips were completely 100% stale. They charged me double the amount other $$ for a burrito because i chose 2 meats but didn?t... realize, and it wasn?t explained. The place looked dirty. Never again. Read more
Used to be the best chipotle location that I?d go out of my way to go to. Now it?s completely awful. This month alone I?ve... ordered online only to receive someone else?s order 4 times. Teterboro Chipotle is on right now.. they are literally knocking it out of the ballpark. Just check the lines. Fresh, plentiful... and healthy. I had the new chicken Asado. Just the right amount of kick. The food was so in demand inside the store that, whatseemed like 20 staff behind the counter, could not seem to keep up. They all looked so overwhelmed....A real testament to thequality and service they are putting out....bless 'em. Now I've had Chipotle before, but the experience was alwayslike...meh!!!. Absolute horrible experience. Ordered through the app for a pickup dinner. When I got home to eat, I noticed barely any chicken... in the bowl at all. I ordered a burrito bowl with EXTRA CHICKEN and the portion size was disappointing for even a regular order.I let it go and didn?t want to make a bit deal out of it until as I was eating, I started chewing on plastic! I almost swallowedit thinking it was lettuce but decided to pull it out of my mouth just to check. That made me call the restaurant to at leastinform someone of the issue and tell them to check the food they are serving but the automated answering service transferred meto a number for the restaurant that kept ringing with no response. This is absolutely unacceptable. Paying $40 for a nice quickdinner for 2 shouldn?t result in tiny portions and foreign objects in the food. Had I spoken to someone or had Chipotle?sautomated answering service transferred me to a human, I would have never made it to this google review?
