I work in the city and go to chopt everywhere. Always had exceptional service and food quality. Visited this location on a... Thursday afternoon and they?re not only out of everything (brussels, sweet potatoes etc - and they charged for all replacements)but the women behind the counters were so inhospitable, it made me feel like I was bothering them asking questions. Also choseto ignore my family and walked away? oh and a ?manager? is sitting on a laptop in the corner the whole time. Why would I comeback to this place. I used to love this place but have noticed the quality has gone down dramatically the last couple of months. I always order... online for pick up and a lot of the veggies have been unavailable. Sometimes they don?t have what I order and don?t even botherto notify me after I place the order, which they used to do in the past and ask if I want any substitutions. I noticed thelongtime manager is no longer there so I?m not sure if this has something to do with the lack in care of filling online orders.They do not chop the salad good even tho the name of the place is Chopt. Always seems to be out of something and nothing ever seems to run smoothly here. Had multiple times where I was told they needed... to wash the utensils before they could make more salad, and today they were out of multiple ingredients and bread. That?s on topof it being made like they?re doing you a favor when they make the salad. Been here many times in the past but think I?ve justhad enough by now. I like this place! Today I just put all the toppings I wanted starved after a gym workout. Almost $20! New inflationary index... price. Remember the days of half the price. Nevertheless, tasty and healthy. The only thing I do not care for is for those of uson regimens Avoiding Sugar or those simply Cutting Calories, for example, we have no idea how much there is? Employees refer toa book but at times have difficulty interpreting the data and although helpful and nice are often too busy to do so. Every time I come into this location, one the workers never smiling are super dry. my salads are half way they roll their eyes.... I ordered through door dash and my salad was less then half of the bowl. Sad because I love going to chopt in new yorkespecially the garden city location. Read more
I am in the mall everyday and it was so hard to find something that?s healthy fresh and I would love. I walked into chopt not... knowing if I will even place an order. It was a great decision I made and with the help of team member Rob I was hooked. Theplace is clean, friendly and most important it?s fresh and Delicious. I even forgot my keys there due to salad excitement, whichwere kept safely by rob. The GM is down to earth and so welcoming. I build my own salad and spend an average $12 daily. Nevereating anywhere else in the mall. I will also further recommend my customers to grab a bite at the chopt in Bergen town center.You guys deserve it. Read more
Disappointing. I ordered dressing on the side, didn't get it. For a twenty dollar salad I would expect at least a whole piece of... bread and not half... My friend's salad was so strange she didn't even know what she was eating! My other friend's salad hadbeans...two black beans. Careless and sloppy presentation. Never been inside this location so my rating is not based on that. My rating is based on my delivery order from today. That gets... a 1. It's the typical case of people giving way less food when it's delivered vs ordered in person. The salad I ordered throughDoordash was stuffed with lettuce and corn mostly. There was no blue cheese in sight and all the other ingredients were sosparse that I felt like I was hunting down a rare treasure. I mean, I paid $3.25 for extra planko chicken and guess what? Allthe chicken combined was probably the size of 1 McDonald's chicken nugget!!! I also asked for heavy dressing and the containerwas so tiny I ended up using dressing I had in the fridge instead. So many things went wrong that I just wouldn't try them outagain. A total waste of money. The ONLY reason I'm even giving them a 1 is because they did provide me with food that I was ableto eat lol.
