Half good/half bad. Very consistent location with a mostly friendly staff! Anna and the younger girl are very friendly and fast,... makes me wish I could hit that 5 star button.... BUT. 3 stars in reality- The other older woman in the morning is seeminglyconsistently bossy and short to others behind the counter (and borderline rude to customers and coworkers) whenever I'm inthere. So, I want to start off with... There are a few kind employees.. Theres this one girl with a hijab that is so kind... but there... are two employees there that are so unprofessional... Theres a girl all over this guy.. If they are dating thats cool.. but dontdo PDA right in front of customers in front of the register. Next, the drinks are OK. I feel like there is more ice than thedrink. Simple fix just put less ice.. But chill out with the PDA. Read more
I wish there were no stars. Horrible experience. The most unprofessional rudest people. They are super Miserable and their... drinks are horrible, reflects their attitude. I go to Dunkin yet I?ll never come back to this one. DO NOT RECOMMEND, DONT WASTEYOUR MONEY. Read more

Drinks taste good but they need to pay more attention to orders, they either forget something or a drink is wrong, but they are... very apologetic and correct the issue right away. Last time I was there I order ahead of time and the drink order was wrong,they fix it and let me have the other drink for free but notice the attendant was on a video call while on the counter, whilepreparing the orders. Not very professional when the orders are getting mistaken. Read more
I'm giving review for this place hoping it's for the new one they opened. We asked if the white hot chocolate is back by any... chance. The cashier said they have it and they would give us the white hot chocolate. We asked multiple times to make sure thatshe is thinking about the same one. We watched her make it and it's obviously regular hot chocolate(it was brown). The one weasked was the white hot chocolate they had years ago. They put our hopes up for a regular hot chocolate. Finally, a Dunkin' reopened at the mall. It's located a few stores down from the AMC theatre. A nice, clean and modern look,... although quite a small selection of donuts. I guess that's why they removed 'donuts' from their name. Perhaps the biggestnegative (and basis for my star reduction) is that there is no seating nearby. It's grab and go. Read more
10/22/22 Satturday. This old Spanish woman (manager) served me a iced coffee with fully overfilled on the top of cup lid and she... was saying ?just take it like that.You going to get wet anyway? Seriously, i see her anger of being employee at dunkin donuts. Freaking rude to everyone. Go home. Read more
