This place used to be great but the last few months it’s been absolutely horrible. Delivery people are rude and don’t even... say thank you with a nice tip. We ordered a pizza and for delivery and the dough was a literally raw, completely uncooked. Wecalled and asked for a replacement which took over an hour to get here. Then we realized they didn’t even make us a new pie.They threw a bunch of slices into a box and delivered it that way. Absolutely disgraceful service. We will never order from themagain. I went to Mangiamo after my daughter's birthday party. We had a great time. The waitress was nice. The owner Mahmud was so... accommodating. And the food was great! They made our time there very welcoming. Will definitely return to eat there again. Read more
For starters water was never brought out, but it can be looked passed. However, the waitress an older lady was rude snatching... menus from women, men , and children alike. Her posture on holding the food would be unacceptable at most places as she held itright at her stomach touching the plate as it sat below her breast. That is just entirely too much contact with food to beserving anyone. Honestly again all of those things could have possibly been looked passed if it wasn’t for the fact the foodwas subpar, which might have been an understatement. I had the veal which tasted like it had been pulled from the back of arefrigerator from a Chinese restaurant, the shrimp my younger cousin had look like it had been wrapped in dumpling sheets thenwater boarded and hung out to semi dry in humid heat. The vodka sauce pasta was probably the best meal, and even with that mostof the pasta for all the dishes were undercooked and gummy. Maybe they were having an off day, and even if they were it’ssomething they need to ensure does not happen again considering they are Italian serving Italian cuisine this should bechild’s play and not like it’s been cooked by a child.
