The only reason I took a star away is because there was some staff... confusion about the tea options and when asking a staff member about the label on one of their tea canisters (which was wrong),the girl nicely confirmed to me that it was wrong without switching it herself. Did the drive-thru, ordering experience was fine, although there should be a menu BEFORE you get to the microphone. After... ordering the food took less than 5 minutes, but during that time a long line of cars developed behind us. The food itself wasmostly bread. My passenger's order had limited sauce whilst mine had too much. Both didn't have enough meat. Not coming back,not worth the price. Read more

I must be one of the very few folks who never ordered from a Panera Bread restaurant since they went to using iPads for all... their ordering! I was astonished st how easy it was to place my lunch order snd how fast it was to pick up my salad, latte anddelicious chocolate chip cookie!
