I was a little scared at first, due to certain reviews, but the sustomer service and food was amazing!

Pretty standard wetzel pretzel located at Garden State Plaza. Definitely my favorite plain pretzel out of the pretzel chains.

My mom and I often go to Wetzels Pretzels in the evening and we usually enjoy our food. But today we went to to the Wetzels... Pretzels it was more than half an hour before they closed but when I asked when they were closing the employee refused to sellus any food saying that they were already closed. Very disappointing. Real tasty pretzels that you can have plain, salted, cinnamon sugar, or glazed. I always ask for the little bite size segments... rather than the whole pretzel. If you request it, they will give you half of them salted and half plain (which helps keep mysalt consumption down). They have several locations in the mall, but this one is in the Restaurant District by Lenscrafters andRuby Tuesdays. Generally pretty quick service. Read more

Terrible Customer Service. I recently came here on Friday and I order a bag of Cin a Bitz. They were really good as always but... when I handed the cashier my Visa card that had money on it, the person behind the counter informed me that the card had beendeclined... I didn?t think much of it and proceeded to hand her 10 dollars cash for my food. I came home that night and checkedmy cards balance and transaction history, and not only did my card have enough money to buy the Cin a Bitz. But WETZELS CHARGEDMY CARD FOR WHAT I BOUGHT even though I paid cash. This is insanity. Last weekend night, my friend and I bought one plain pretzel with $20.00 bill to the chasher, but realized in around 10 minutes... when stopped at another store, and no recipes inside of the envelope, either. We came back and talk to the manager ( Alicia),she promised to give a call after closing at 9:30 pm, but we didn't hear anything from her until now. She said she could monitorthrough the surveillance camera, and didn't even pay attention for No Receipt provide to us. We obviously almost gave up aboutthe change money at the time, but I think Wetzel pretzel or manager should feel sorry that they didn't give the receipt,although we just believed it should be put inside. Regardless the amount of money, their treating way including the customerservice is not properly conducted, it is very disappointing, although we admit our own mistakes of half, which we failed toconfirm about the change (around $17.00), not sure of the exact among because no receipt done.
