Worst experience. Had people talking over the intercom while trying to order. Ordered a western burger with fries. Paid and they... had me pull foward when no one was behind me till 5 minutes later. They had 3 others cars pulled foward before me. Finally gotmy food after 10 minutes. Fries were wet and Luke warm. Sandwich is so sloppy I can't even eat it. Cleaner than expected. We were only customers inside and cook still managed to miss our order, so we waited quite a bit longer... than necessary. That was okay, but an employee named Matthew was loitering in the dining room blasting gangsta rap from hisphone and having sour exchanges with the girl who was actually working. We ordered, she asked us to pull up and wait. We were the only people in line. Which is usually fine because this way it would... be hot. We waited 22 minutes. We live 2 blocks away. Got home fries and curly fries were cold and greasy and chicken stripswere hard and barely warm. Way too much money to spend! Read more
Customer service was a joke. We waited 30+ minutes for FAST food in the drive.(ONLY CAR and like 4 in the parking lot) They left... our platter container open so it spilled all over the inside of the bag, food sucked anyways. Don?t waste your money or time.Just close it already. Read more
The store was filthy and there were 2 employees just standing around doing nothing! One in particular looked terrible, if I were... the manager I'd have sent her home for poor personal hygiene. This same woman walked to the back entrance where restroom s arelocated and made a drug deal right there in the little breezeway as my husband & I watched. She then went to restroom and cameout sniffling. Disgusting employees that do not ale pride in the job, store, or themselves. Current managerial staff should beterminated and replaced by new people. So I?m not normally like this, but I?m literally never going to Hardee?s again. I?ve always loved them and their food, but their... customer service and wait times have been absolutely ridiculous the last few times I?ve been there. Not to mention 2 out of thelast 3 times are order has been incorrect. I never complain or make a big deal, but I?m tired of paying money for the wrongfood. I was so disappointed tonight when I walked in and they basically acted like it was a hassle to serve me. Then two othercustomers came in behind me and received their order before me. Luckily I checked my bag before leaving they hadn?t even put inone of our burgers. I told them it wasn?t in there and the manager said well it should be. So I let him look through the bag, hedidn?t say anything to me just turned around and grabbed the burger off the heater and tossed it in the bag.
