How can Domino's get my order wrong after it takes almost 40 minutes to deliver cheesey breaks sticks and cinnamon twist and get... the order wrong tell me wait another 20 to 30 minutes to bring cinnamon twist and then tell me I need trade them back theparmesan bread bites back that was wrong but they still managed to send the extra icing with it. Have observed a pattern of poor service at this location. Tonight we ordered wings for in store pickup, and when my husband got... home with them we realized no flavor sauce had been added. Was on hold for 11 minutes trying to call in as we returned to thestore, though there were multiple workers in the store and no other customers present when we arrived. The manager touched ourwings with bare hands to confirm the lack of sauce, and would have just added sauce to the now lukewarm (at best) wings she hadjust touched if I hadn?t insisted on replacing them with fresh food. This is not an isolated incident, as we once had a deliveryorder that took over an hour and was delivered to the wrong home when it did arrive. Corporate do you actually read these reviews?!?! Same complaint over and over about rude employees. How about a response and... some action regarding what is happening at your Paris Kentucky location! Walked in your store and an elderly man was speaking toa ?manager? about an issue he had. All I heard was ?I can assure you, she wasn?t the one making your pizza?. As he left anemployee yelled at him ?I hope you die of a heart attack!? The ?manager tried to speak to this employee and this employeestarted cussing the ?manager? and throwing pizza pans!! Corporate, you need to pay this store a visit and see for yourself. I have always ordered from domino's pizza in Paris ky never again. I called was sent to a call line then tried to take my... ordered want the Alfredo with NO CHICKEN and I asked could I get extra sauce always anyway the call in line said my call has tothe store directly to tell them ok sent to the store and placed the order the same with NO CHICKEN and when they delivered wasnot like that at all had chicken in it. I called the store and the lady was arguing with me saying the lines are recorded yes Iam very aware of that. They did not want to to fix it. It was the worst experience I have had at this store. They didn't slice any of the pizza and I had to do it myself when I got... home. Everything was burnt. My spinach cheese bread had a total of 8 spinach leaves on the bottom instead of in the middle whereit's supposed to be. If I could give them 0 stars I would. Ordered pizza that wasn?t done, watery and very doughy. Tried calling to get it replaced,... the lady was very rude and said that a assistant manager would be calling. Never did. I then called again and asked to speak toa manager and the woman on the phone said you?re speaking to one, I gave my information to her again and she said oh did theassistant manager not call you?
