Ordered pizza online said 45 minute wait but actually waited over a hour and paid almost $45 for cold pizza and didn?t even get... the sauces I ordered and paid for, called to talk to manager just to be told after hearing the guy on the phone tell the mangersomeone wanted to talk to him, that there?s no manager there until 11am tomorrow morning very disappointed with the service. I was not impressed at all with our experience with Giovannis last night. To start, I understand price increases based on... everything that is currently happening in the world. Your prices, however, have jumped SIGNIFICANTLY. With that being said, Iwould like to address the main issue I had last night. I was having issues ordering on the app, so we called to place an orderinstead. I had a few questions to ask while trying to place my order. The man that was taking my order was *clearly* annoyedthat I had the audacity to take up his time. He refused to allow any substitutions. His attitude and rushing me quickly turnedinto him repeatedly telling me to "HURRY UP", which then resulted in my boyfriend getting involved because of how disrespectfulhe was being to me. We asked to speak with management, and we're told there isn't any?! I placed a $60 order! We reluctantlycontinued with our order, and when we came in to pick our food up, he didn't bother to be friendly or apologize. I won't dobusiness again with this Giovannis. Read more
It's okay but not the greatest. Lettuce is somewhat wilted and some of the food selections are so far back in the salad bar you... have to have extra long arms to get to it. There are better, and friendly buffets but fortunately not in Paris. Read more
I expected more. The pizza was good pasta not so good salad bar how can you go wrong with a salad bar. The soda tasted like dirt... need to clean their filters the lady working wasn't too nice all in all if you want decent Pizza their pizza was pretty goodother than that I wasn't too impressed. The buffet here tends to be quite good. They also have an excellent salad bar attached to it and the customer service is... excellent. The only suggestion I have is that their dining room could use an update. Read more
