Consistently the worst Burger King location I've ever been to. Since this place has opened I've never successfully been able to... order a poutine and the excuse is always the same - "we don't have any gravy". Surely after a few years you'd have gravy butno... Was there last week and they had no ice and forgot my drink. To be fair the employee did make good on the drink after Imentioned that my drink order wasn't given to me. Apparently the person taking my order repeated it back to me but didn'tactually add the drink to the order in their computer. Today I couldn't get the drink I ordered at all and had to go elsewherefor a drink..... Absolutely the worst experience every time I've been at the BK on Rest Acres Road in Paris, Ontario. Read more
The meal I received was not edible. I threw out my cold overcooked fries, that was hard to chew and even harder to swallow. My... burger was cold, like it was made an hour before and just sitting. The food wasn't worthy of any $ spent, and unfortunately Iwouldn't even take money to eat it!!!! Absolutely the worst meal ever. It is in the dumpster now, where it belongs!!! Read more
This is the best Burger King around! I always eat here every time I deliver their mats. My Sihk brother is usually working when... Omg!!! Very very bad. I ran fast food restaurants for 10 years before I moved to Paris and this Burger King takes the number one... place for dreadfulness.The girls were very kind and nice but the food isn?t hot or grilled. Chicken was freezer burned(you cantaste the box it was frozen in). The plant based burger was terrible and I?ve had plenty of them in other Burger King locations.Maybe I went as they were preparing to close. It?s so sad cause the girls were so nice. WISH I COULD GIVE IT NO STARS?Went to this location at around 9:45-10pm to get some of their number 8?s and when i pulled up to... the speaker they said that they couldn?t cook chicken? but they had fries and onion rings which cooks in the same fryer??? ipulled through and came back around to get some burgers, fries, and onion rings. i asked if they had any of their shakes andthey said they didn?t have any ice cream either LIKE SERIOUSLY?!?! so i ordered my food (the food they had available) and payed,they gave me my food, i drove away and parked to check if i got everything and i only got 1/2 of my onion rings i ordered?wentback and they said they don?t have anymore onion rings so u had to get a fry instead. In conclusion, they didn?t have anything icame there for and in the end, my food was absolutely freezing. What a dive forgot a bunch of stuff took 35 min had to go in and bust balls because they couldn't get it out at the window so... they make everyone pull up and park and wait. Pathetic poor management restaurant was filthy. Took a quick photo. I wish I couldgive no stars. Management was yelling at employees calling them names in front of myself and other customers. Number 1 - CLOSE THE GRAVY LIDS PROPERLY! It got all over my food and the bag! Number 2- I got a large fries! This is NOT a... large fry! I waited at the counter for 15 before anyone spoke to me. 4 customers behind me left in the meantime. If you don't have enough... employees incentivize the one that are there by paying extra to work harder. Not a single clean table to eat at.....disgusting. Read more
