Was having a craving for a Harvey?s Hamburger & fries & decided to go get some. Order jr. burger, jr. chicken burger, fries,... Buffalo nuggets & kids hamburger meal. $17.36 Was absolutely ?Cold & Dry? My mistake of going to Harvey?s 1/2 before closingbut the food was obviously just either reheated or just given. I used to really enjoy this location but lately it has been a big disappointment. Tonight I ordered two kids chicken nuggets... meals and a chicken sandwich combo. The chicken nuggets (4) were the size of popcorn chicken so needless to say my kids are kidsare still hungry...and my chicken sandwich was so dry it was like a brick...I've never had a chicken sandwich like that...Icouldn't chew it. Last week my father-in-law picked up lunch for the family and we were missing items. The week before that Iordered a chicken wrap with Chipotle sauce and whoever made it must have emptied the bottle on my wrap because it was a soggyinedible mess....I literally scraped spoonfuls of sauce off of the wrap. Normally the food a great from Harvey?s but today was a bit sub standard. The onion rings were perfect but the fries were limp... and the hot dog was not as juicy as the pictures look. The staff felt like they were just going thru the motions and doingenough to get paid. Lots of parking at this location as well. ???????????????? Read more
They never get the order right. It takes forever and they have ridiculous rules for how to explain toppings. Most times you will... drive away with an incomplete order, although they charged you for it lol. Rings were cold and oily by the time the burgerarrived to my parked car 15 minutes later. And the burger tasted disgusting. Don't go to this Harvey's! It's horrible. I'vewritten to you Harvey's. It's gonna take a LOT to get my family back. Read more
