Been a customer at this subway for many years, and it?s obvious that the employees know me well enough. My wife got me a free... sub for Christmas and I tried to use it today on March 2nd (1 day after it expires on March 1st). Now, this review could talkabout the ridiculousness of a 2 months expiry date, but that?s not their fault. Anyways, even though I go there all the time(once a week), they couldn?t make an exception for the coupon being 1 day late. Definitely know how to take care of their loyalcustomers ????. Amazing customer service with friendly employees. Specifically the manager of the Store Harry, helped me to order it correctly.... Once, I dropped my sandwich inside the store by mistake, he toast me a new one without being charged for that. Kudos for that. Read more
Usually have great experiences, but showed up 30 mins before close (just got off work), and they had packed everything away... which was fine, but I was not asked if I?d like any sauces which I let slide, until I got home and the bread is very stale. Iunderstand late comers get the bad end of the stick but a little patience and Curtesy goes a long way. Will go to the othersubway instead from now on. Read more
