Subway needs to teach their employees behind the sandwich counter to not argue with the customer. I asked for a refund on a... crispy chicken rice wrap. The chicken was all batter and what little chicken there was was grizzle. The man behind the counterproceeded to laugh at me as I asked for my refund. He told me they don?t make the food there and that he wouldn?t give me arefund. I asked for his name several times he would not give it to me and finally he told me what I believe to possibly be afictitious name of JAY. Subway needs to teach their employees better customer service. This was the Worst customer service I?veever received at a Subway. I will not be returning to any subway. Horrible to get off SkipTheDishes. Ordered from here a good amount of time before they closed. And no skip driver picked up the... order so they just closed and left the skip app open and just let my order stay in preparing mode. Could have called or atleastcanceled the order on there end considering it was over 2 hours and got nothing. Definitely not ordering from here again Read more
Service could be better...do not because I am person of colour and a white person serving me. Usually it's the other way around!
Husband and i went in today at 430 for a sub and we were impressed by the two young girls serving us. Polite, efficient and very... personable. All with a smile. In this day and age, that kind of service is hard to find. Read more
