I would like to give the staff who worked lunch today, 8-8-22 a big shout out. I went through drive-thru at approximately 2:15... and I told at the speaker that I wanted to know how much the total was for a drink and a sandwich. It was more than I had in myaccount, so I told the speaker employee I would just get the sandwich. When I got to the window to pick up my sandwich, the manat the window had a Coke ready for me too. I thought "how nice! They are being me a free Coke!" So I get home and am checkingemails and there's one from Burger King, which is a receipt showing nothing was charged to my card. So they gave me both thesandwich AND the drink! That was incredibly nice, you guys. Who said there's not enough compassion in the world? That meant alot to me. Read more
Would be nice to be open the actual hours they have posted online. Especially since it says it was just updated 4 days ago.... Drove from 15 minutes out of town for their lights to turn off as I got there at 10pm. Read more
Best in customer service...food usually cook to order..so be patient people.. it's worth the wait
We ordered 4 breakfast crossiants through the drive through this morning at the Paris location on our road trip. The service was... fast enough but sandwiches were cold as a stone! The cheese was not melted but the egg in the sandwich might have been slightlywarm. The roll was cold. We didn't bother about returning to the BK to see if we could get them heated up, so we ate a coldbreakfast. Lesson learned. Read more
When we pulled up , you could see that another car had pulled around and was being brought their food from the entrance. We were... the only ones in line and ordered 2 drinks, a croissant sandwich, a breakfast burrito, and potatoes. They asked us to pullaround to the door right after we paid to wait for our food. They asked the car behind us to do the same. I know it helps withdrive through times, but seemed kind of ridiculous considering how slow they were. 12 minutes later, we got our food and it wasluke warm. The food itself was put together well and tasty. But I think having people pull around when there is no one else inline is silly. Obviously they wanted to watch their drive through times lol. I gave them 1 star because the person was just really not helpful and the burger was so bad. I will not go back there for sure.
