Normally only go for ice cream or cakes on special occasions. Service could definitely be better, however it seems to be a... staffing issue at times with only one or two people working. Other times when I go inside it's just people who don't care ordon't know. Fixing staff problems would do this place great. Food is normally good, but when you have to wait 30 minutes forsome blizzards there comes a point of not worth it. Read more
I stopped tonight for supper got it to go and went home . You had better like ketchup on burgers if you eat one... here. I don't mind ketchup but it was all I could taste. Don't take my word for it. Your experience may be different Read more
25 minute wait on a blizzard and chicken strips. Went though drive through and had to pull into parking lot to wait. Dinning... room still closed. Never again.... Dairy Delight will get my business from now on. Read more

Every single time that I have went to this Dairy Queen I have been beyond impressed with the food, service, and the work ethic... of all of it's employees. Starting off with food, DQ is definitely a little more pricy than most fast food chains, but thatpremium is definitely worth it in terms of how good the food is and the portion size. They also cook everything fresh. If you gothrough the drive thru at this location you will always get your ice cream instantly, but if you purchase food they typicallymake you pull around and wait a little while, but the wait normally isn't too long and it's worth it given the freshness of thefood. Moving onto service, I am very impressed in this department. A couple of weeks when I went through the drive thru I hadordered some onion rings instead of fries with my meal. The meal was brought out with fries, and as I began to pull out of theparking lot (before I even noticed it myself), one of the employees came running out to my vehicle at Mach 10 speed to give memy rings. Lastly with work ethic, I am very impressed with all of the employees. My friends and I went to go get some ice creamtonight and were greeted with a smile from Markus (the same one who ran my rings out to me) who very happily took all of ourorders and seemed like he legitimately wanted to be there and was happy to serve us. We also witnessed another employee (don'tknow their name unfortunately) ran out into the pouring rain, lighting, and thunder, to bring a customer their meal... all witha smile! Props to you DQ! The wait is extremely long. They need to find a more efficient process on taking orders in and The price is high at least the... food is good only reason why I have given it 2 stars. Seriously disappointed wish I could just drive off instead of waiting inthe parking lot for some 2 drinks and ice cream that should take 5 mins tops. Read more
