The fact that they hide in the store when they are in the hours of operation on their door is ridiculous. I understand being... shortstaffed. This town is terrible for finding dependable staff for anything, but they need to change their hours to reflectthat. Turning off the drive-thru menu and standing in the kitchen waiting until it is actually 1:00 AM or 3:00 AM isinfuriating. There were literally only 2 places to get food at night, here and McDonald's. This Taco Bell is pretty reliableduring the daytime, but is always out of major ingredients or specific items. Read more
This taco bell had the friendliest staff. The food was fresh. Can't wait to be back in Paris to eat here again.
Just went thru the drive thru at 4:30 pm on a Saturday and had to give the food back because they couldn't break a $100 bill..... crazy Read more
Been going to this Taco Bell ever since I moved to Buchanan Tn 2yrs ago. My most recent order as of today is my last from this... particular location. In the last 2yrs they have never gotten a single one of my orders right causing me to make a 30 minutedrive back to them in order to get what I paid for. On more than one occasion the drive through operator has been rude when ihave to go back through the drive through to inform them I didnt get complete order. When I try to call the restaurant to informthem of the issues and that I'm on my way to get what was forgotten they never answer. I am never going back to this locationfrom this day forward and will just take the drive to Taco John's in Dover Tn. Read more
Staffs were nice and the food was great. Stopped there twice, once on our way to Kentucky and once on our way back home. It's... located near a Walmart which made it easy for us to have lunch and pick some snacks for our trip. Read more
I?ve been here a handful of times from June 2021 to May 2022. June 2021 it was awful. Food was disgusting and the facility was... not well-kept. Fast forward to May 2022 - The facility has been redone and looks a lot better, the food has been made properlyand is actually good. The staff has been okay. Drive through staff was friendly & efficient. I tried dining in today. I stood atthe register and said hello to two different workers - neither of them or anyone else came to place my order. I think they maystrictly be doing tablet orders for dine in. Read more
I've traveled for the last 25 years and have eaten at hundreds of taco Bell's. At one taco bell in VA, I pulled a long hair out... of my food. This is, by far, the worst taco bell I've ever eaten at. The service was fine, but the food was way past terrible. Avoid Avoid Avoid. Read more
