Service was great, food was good and my coffee was keep hot.....love me some Chili's.....
We walked in, a party of two, and saw a near empty restaurant. We were then told a table of two would be a 10 minute wait. I... asked why it'd be a 10 minute wait with a near empty restaurant and the incredibly rude hostess did not respond in any way tothe question. After a 15 minute wait, we got to our table. In that 15 minutes, not a single customer left the restaurant. So,the wait made no sense. Then, after ordering sliders and a chicken sandwich, we waited 40 minutes for them to get there. Wereceived a cold chicken sandwich and sliders that weren't cut up in the slightest. The fries were the only saving grace, butthis is a poor excuse of a place to eat if you are seeking good customer service. Read more
We got there late. We had about an hour to eat. We ate. The service wad nice . Poor waitress try ING to get her side work done... so she could get outta there but she put us first and we left her alone... food was good like always. I never come here whenit's busy.... Read more
Edit! Adding at start today This place is really getting better. They have found people who care. I went and Lacy was so... amazing. If course I arrived at shift change and the first person really confused things. Lacy went and fixed it. We wereseated quickly. Our drinks and food came quickly. Our food was quickly after the appetizers. Then we were offered take homeboxes. Thank you Chili's for fixing things! Now let's get the pot holes fixed in the parking lot! So slow! No one there andstill takes forever to get served. They don't do a great job of keeping the empty glasses cleared or dishes cleared when donewith the course. Never impressed but when I crave Chili's, it's what I've got. Read more
Was there just before 5pm, was told it would be about 30 minutes wait. I saw about 80 percent empty dining room. After we got... seated, ordered 2 unsweet teas, emptied glass before waitress came back to take order. Got 1 refill and 30-40 minutes later wegot our appetizers. Decided we wouldn't wait on a meal. Chili?s fed our entire football team with over 60 meals in under an hour. Very easy to work with and very friendly staff.... Restaurant was impeccably clean. Read more
Service was ok.. the Paris Chili's has dropped off in every way. The greeter was cleaning the restrooms before she could check... us in. The restaurant was (I'd say) about 20% occupied and we had a 20 minute wait. Empty tables with the mess still on them.Even after we got our chips and queso the server cleaning table next to us dropped a glass of SOMETHING and it went all over me,my wife and son. She half way cleaned it up (leaving water all in the floor) said I'm sorry yall and walked off. The "manager"later walked right though the mess and and never made an effort to clean it until she seen my wife and I taking pictures of it,then she came to clean it up and apologized.
