Well it's Jack in the box. So not expecting much to begin with. Gf and I both got sour dough Jack's and the bread was so stale... you couldn't even bite through it. Food was good but unfortunately the dining area was EXTREMELY HOT inside! It was truly ridiculous. Mind you the weather was... rainy and cold outside and my family and I couldn't enjoy our food inside the restaurant due to it being so hot. We had alreadybeen on the road for 2 hours and decided to stop by and eat inside but couldn't because it was like standing in front of a spaceheater with the vents blowing hot air! We told the employees but no one cared to turn it down some. The windows were fogged up.I personally think employees turned it up that high in order to have customers leave and not dine in to avoid cleaning up afterthem. Management needs to manage that thermostat. I should've read the reviews before going there too. The reviews for thisspecific restaurant are awful both on google reviews and Facebook. Read more
The burger was delicious but the fries seemed a little undercooked. Fresher fries cooked longer would get it a 5 star rating.
My ordered was poorly put together and lacked the basics the buttery jack advertised. Lacked presentation.

We saw the drive through lane was long so we decided to go inside and order food to go. Waited 40 minutes inside for our food... when there really wasn?t many people inside. The staff were all very loud and arguing aggressively at each other. Worstexperience ever. Read more
