Okay, so I frequent my hometown Schlotzky's for lunch often and am a Schlotzsky's rewards member. We stopped here passing... through town on vacation and unfortunately I have to say that this is probably the worst Schlotzsky's experience I've ever had. First, I wasn't even greeted by the employee who took my order. In fact, I can't recall her saying anything to me at all exceptto put my credit card into the machine the other way. Not once did she ever make eye contact with me. She literally was on hercell phone reading text messages while I was giving her my family's order. That was a first for me. I mean, I just couldn'tbelieve it. But what I couldn't believe more was that we did get our order correctly as I tend to customize my deluxe originaljust a little and it's often messed up (generally speaking.). Anyhow, a lot of the soda was empty in the machine, and there wasno iced tea available. So what made this visit worse was the western sun beaming through the windows on you like fire. It wasso darn hot in there, my family was sweating, and I felt like I was getting a sunburn. Man, get some shades for those windows! I couldn't imagine what I'd be like in there in the middle of summer. We had to wet paper towels from the bathroom and wipedown a table to sit and eat because I felt like I would be an inconvenience to ask them to clean a table for us. Read more
You can always expect excellent and true Schlotzsky's experience here. Food is consistently fresh and staff eager to be helpful.
Came in on a Sunday afternoon. Spent over $40 for for me and my wife. I guess the staff wasn't getting along with each other and... they lost ours and the family before us orders. We waited over 45 minutes for our food. Very displeased with our experience. Read more

Rhis place can be pretty good, if you're looking for healthy options, they can just be pretty expensive. I got a full salad,... however and it was huge for the huge price tag they put on it. They were pretty good about minimal plastic waste, I just wish Ihad known they would give me my salad dressing in a plastic disposable cup, otherwise I would have specified differently. Idon't like to create extra waste to pollute the earth when I don't have to :(. In a previous experience, we have ordered waterfrom them, trying to opt for something cheaper, and they rung up expensive water bottles for us. Not happy that time. :( Read more
Ordered online for pickup in store. Upon arriving for pick up the associate informed me they changed my order from pastrami to... roast beef because they were out of pastrami. Fine. My wife ordered a French dip and that came with the same roast beef. Wewere unable to chew the meat. Even used kitchen scissors to cut the meat into bite size pieces. Rubber. Threw away $20sandwiches. Read more
