This place had the worst service compared to any other sonic I've been to. The girl helping us had me worried I'd find an... aceylic nail in my food, she had a few missing off her hands, and she wasnt the nicest. The outdoor bathroom was disgusting, nolight, no toilet paper, no soap, toilet did not flush and was FILLED. It was absolutely disgusting in there. Read more

Normally I'd give five stars but waited in drive thru line for 15 minutes with no one moving so went around to the parking spot... to order my drink. That still took 10 to 15 minutes of waiting. An yes I understand that they were probably short on workerscause since this pandemic hit no one wants to work cause of whatever reason but still if there's going g to be a long wait theycould at least explain that there is an offer a small discount or something. SONIC, please STOP microwaving your chili cheese dogs and other products. All it does is turn it into mush! When you have a hot... dog bun and then you add ketchup mustard onions chili cheese and then throw it in the microwave guess what happens. It turnsinto a hot mess! Customer service here is completely rude! Whenever someone asks you for one of your 99 cent drinks before 10:00 and you say that... it's a specialty drink and then it doesn't count but a cherry limeade does have a discount. Don't lie to your customers and saythat it's full price when you and your entire "team" knows it is discounted. And, don't just wait around until after 10:00 thatway they have to pay full price. Your little girl got a tip after all of it even though everybody there was rude. I guaranteeyou, if Brad was still there none of that would happen! Word of mouth it's the biggest form of advertisement and whenever youdon't have good employees and you have rude disrespectful employees, it's only a matter of time before you have no business. Service was timely. CSR's were nice and polite. But this burrito and the other one I ordered (other one wasn't this bad, but... still very dissatisfactory) were empty on one whole side. Bought two and feel like I should have only paid for one if this isthe quality of the product that I am purchasing. Will be finding another chain to frequent. Read more
