Leaving zero stars wasnt a option. There was only one other vehicle there at the time of my order. The service was so horrible.... The drive thru lady was steadily playing in her hair before touching peoples food then we had to sit there for 42 minuteswaiting on our food. I will never be back. Pulled in pushed service button and waited while other cars that pulled in after me were waited on. Even flagged a carhop down... to ask what was taking so long. After at least 20 min they came on the speaker. No sry for the wait or anything. Thanks alot...not going to keep any sonic in my list of places to go. Did I mention I also tried to call the store to see if I couldphone in my order but got no answer. Now I have to find another place to eat on Tuesdays... Read more
Not sure what's going on but sonic used to be my fave fast food. Anytime I go now it's dry and stale or jus mushy ...
Went to get milkshakes for grandkids didn't get any napkins and when I went to pick up.drink for one of my grandsons the lid... wasn't in it and made a big mess with nothing to clean it up with will not be going back if they can't get something as simpleas a milkshake right who knows if other food would be done correctly Read more

Took my order right away. Took forever to receive it. My supersonic breakfast burrito had one tiny piece of sausage, 2 tater... tots and half of it was filled with jalapeños....the pic is of only the jalapeños I didn?t eat....worst breakfast burrito I?veever had at a sonic. There?s no excuse for this. I wish I had taken the time to read the other reviews. I would have savedmyself a waste of money. Towns that can?t find decent help, I?m sorry but these businesses don?t belong if you can?t put asimple burrito or chili dog together. Only putting one small sausage and a ton of jalapeños this is not even just sloppinessit?s deliberate!!!! Looks like we might have to be more deliberate about who?s serving us our food!!! Read more
