Was excited to finally have a Wendy?s near by?. I will say, that the food wasn?t bad, it was the service that gets the low star.... The female with blonde and brown box braids was extremely unprofessional, rude when pulling up to the speaker and holding aninappropriate conversation when paying for my food at the window. Ordered small chocolate frosty and small fries. Fries were cold. Brought this to attention of window employee. She took my fries... and had me pull forward. After at least 5 minutes, came out with ?fresh order.? Fries were hot and cooked hard all the waythrough. Will not be returning. This is a management issue. Read more
Little disappointed. Lady was friendly. They worked to get order out in timely manner. But food was not that good. One of the... buns was hard. Literally made noise when thumped it. Nuggets looked like small bites were taken out if em. Fries were not hotfresh. This was at 1145am. You'd think food would be fresh. I have been few times and each time, I could say some negatives. If I could give none I would. Not only was our food completely wrong its impossible to get them to answer the phone to make... things right. My husband ordered a blt chicken sandwich and got a plain double stack. Tried to call local store took 3 tries toget a person. Manager said he would remake our order himself we just had to drive across town to pick it up all over again. Fora new store I'm just super disappointed. I was a shift manager at a fast food joint I understand stuff happens but to send outfood so old that the fries almost break a tooth come on. I usually love Wendy's! When the store in Paris Texas opened it was so nice to have a Wendy's close to home. Sadly, I have... decided tonight to stop giving this particular store in Paris my business. Every time I come to the drive through the persontaking orders is short, not at all pleasant. I ALWAYS order my drink with no ice and I have consistently gotten my drink with noice as requested, but the drink is not full. Not at all. I should have just ordered a medium drink instead of the large. Thefirst few times it happened, I didn't make a big deal about it...and tonight when it happened again I remembered why I had notcome to Wendy's in months. I also upsize my fries as well, and also consistently get what should go in a medium container,tonight what I got was probably a small. My bag was handed out of the window without a 'Thank you....have a nice night....do youneed any salt, pepper or ketchup?' NOTHING. Just 'Here?s your food ma'am' and the window shut in my face and the employee turnedhis back while I checked my bag for at least a straw. No napkins. No ketchup. Just my food and a straw. I just pulled offbecause he still had his back turned to the window and there were cars behind me. I get it, everyone is probably overwhelmed andover worked but I can go across the street to Chick-fil-A and get greeted with a smile, asked if I need condiments and givenwhat I ask for and what I PAY for all with a 'My Pleasure'. ??????? Since it opened recently, we have tried this place 3 times. Can't say we've had a great experience yet.Sad, because we usually... like Wendy's. These fast food places need to put people at front who represent them well ( in appearance and attitude)or atleast LOOK like they enjoy their jobs. Not sure we will go back Read more
It?s almost 11 o?clock at night and we went through the drive thru and sat at the menu for almost 5 minutes, I told my husband... to pull on up to window and the girl was standing there on her phone leaning against counter, a guy standing close by her justtalking. Food was good.. service not great, not warm or welcoming. It was about 3pm on Black Friday. There was 3 families in there plus... my husband and I. We got our food and right after that, they locked their doors to anyone else from the outside. While we atethere was a total of 3 families that tried to come in. There was no note posted on the door or anything as to why the lobby wasclosed. They were still taking drive thru customers. I was super confused because most lobbies at fast food places are open atleast through the day. I really hated to see how this place was ran being that it's a new establishment in our town but theoutcome doesn't look good. Read more
